Steps of the Ordering Process

Click the "Shopping Cart" or "View Cart" button in the shopping cart menu. You will be redirected to the shopping cart overview.

1. Shopping Cart

In the shopping cart overview you have the possibility to change the quantity of articles in your shopping cart. Next, you can apply a discount code and estimate the shipping costs for your order, or go directly to the checkout.

"Apply Discount Code": Enter your discount code in the "Enter Discount Code" field and click the "Apply" button. The discount will be applyed to your order. ATTENTION! Some discount codes con be used only by registered users.

"Estimate Shipping & Taxes": After you have filled out the country, the state and the postal code and clicked on the "Get Quotes" button, the "Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order." dialogue box appears. Here you have the possibility to select a delivery option for your order. By clicking the button "Apply Shipping" the selected shipping costs will be added to your order.

Click the "Checkout" button to continue with the checkout process.

2. Checkout Options

Depending on whether you are a new customer, a guest or a registered customer already, the following options are now available:

Select "Register account" or "Guest Checkout" and then click the "Next" button.

If you are a registered customer already, please enter your e-mail address with which you have registered with us and your personal password under "Returning Customer" and then click the "Login" button.

3. Account & Billing Details

As a "New Customer", you can now create a new account by filling out the form "Account & Billing Details”. Creating a new account will facilitate your future shopping in our webshop and offer you further advantages. Fill out all mandatory fields marked with *, you have the option to sign up to our newsletter, select whether the delivery and billing address are the same, agree to the privacy policy and then click the "Continue" button.

If you would like to continue shopping as a guest, please fill out all mandatory fields marked with * in the form “Billing Details”, select whether delivery and billing address are the same and then click the "Continue" button.

As a "Returning Customer" please select your desired billing address or enter a new billing address by selecting and filling out all mandatory fields marked * in the form "I want to use a new address" and click the "Continue" button.

4. Delivery Details

As a new customer or returning customer, please select your desired delivery address or enter a new delivery address by selecting and filling out all mandatory fields marked * in the form "I want to use a new address" and click on the "Continue" button.

If you are shopping as a guest and your delivery address is different from your billing address, please complete all required fields marked * in the form "Delivery Details" and click the "Continue" button.

5. Shipping Method

Select the desired shipping method, write a comment on your order if necessary and click the "Continue" button.

6. Payment Method

Select the desired payment method and write a comment regarding your order if necessary. Furthermore you have the posibillity to apply a discount code.

Read the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation Policy. If you agree, check the box and click the "Continue" button.

7. Confirm Order

Now you will see an overview of all items in your purchase, as well as shipping and payment methods. Depending on the selected payment method, the following options are available:

In case of a bank transfer, you can now see the account number to which you have to transfer the payment. (This data will also be sent to you by e-mail in the order confirmation.) By clicking on the button "Confirm Order" your order will be completed.

With eps Payment / Giropay you will be redirected to the page of eps Payment / Giropay after clicking the button "Confirm Order". By specifying the bank name / BIC / bank code (BLZ) on the flowing page you will be redirected to the login page of your bank, from where you can pay your order and complete the ordering process.

If you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal you now have to specify your credit card number or PayPal data. By clicking the button "Pay Now" your order will be completed.

8. Detect and Correct Data Input Errors

You can correct your data at any time using common keyboard and mouse or touchscreen features throughout the ordering process.

9. Contract Language

The contract language is German or English, depending on the language in which the customer places his order.

10. Saving and Access of the Contract

The contract of purchase is stored by us and sent to the customer with the order confirmation including the current Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation Policy  via e-mail. Purchased orders can be viewed by registered customers at any time in our web shop at "My Account" > "Order history".
